1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkr298", "we", "us" or "our" refers to the pkr298 platform operating at pkr298.app.
• "Player", "you" or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a pkr298 account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration with pkr298.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino and related services offered through the pkr298 platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all financial transactions on pkr298 are conducted.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or matched deposits credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which accessing and using pkr298's Services is unlawful under applicable local legislation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on pkr298, depositing funds, or accessing any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an Account or use any Services provided by pkr298.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a pkr298 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkr298 strictly prohibits the use of its Services by anyone under the age of 18.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust or other legal structure).
• You must be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as determined by pkr298 from time to time.
• You must not already hold an existing pkr298 Account. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address.
• You must complete any identity verification process requested by pkr298, including provision of CNIC documentation.

pkr298 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or where false information has been provided.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

pkr298 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. You must notify pkr298 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team.

pkr298 support will never request your password. Any communication purporting to be from pkr298 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, until such time as you notify pkr298 of a suspected breach and pkr298 takes appropriate action to secure the Account.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

pkr298 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) internet banking
• UBL (United Bank Limited) internet banking
• Meezan Bank internet banking
• Bank Alfalah internet banking

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the pkr298 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time and may differ by payment method and account verification status.

pkr298 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from an account or wallet registered in the name of the pkr298 Account holder. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

pkr298 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with transactions on the platform. Processing times for withdrawals are subject to payment method provider timelines and are not within pkr298's sole control.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pkr298 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game. General betting rules applicable across all markets include:

• Bets are binding upon confirmation by the pkr298 system. Once confirmed, bets may not be cancelled or amended by the Player except where a specific cash-out facility is offered and exercised within the prescribed window.
• pkr298 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: clear pricing errors, suspicious betting patterns, event cancellations, or system errors that resulted in an incorrect odd being offered.
• Maximum win limits apply to individual bets and cumulative winnings within defined periods. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the pkr298 platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the result recorded in pkr298's system shall be final unless an error can be demonstrated by clear and verifiable evidence.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to brief suspension during critical match events. pkr298 cannot guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets for any given event.

Casino game rules, including house edge disclosures and RTP information, are provided within individual game interfaces in the pkr298 Casino section. Players are advised to review these before placing any casino bets.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

pkr298 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions that apply unless specifically stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. pkr298 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• pkr298 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer, or to void related winnings, where it reasonably suspects abuse, exploitation or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts and have no cash value unless specifically stated.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device and per IP address.

8. Responsible Gaming

pkr298 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We provide tools to assist Players in managing their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly and monthly limits configurable from Account settings.
• Loss limits: caps on net losses over defined periods.
• Session time reminders: notifications after defined periods of continuous play.

9. Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkr298 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated wagering activity designed to exploit pricing discrepancies in a manner that pkr298 determines to be abusive.
• Using automated bots, scripts or other software to interact with the pkr298 platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that pkr298 is obligated to report under applicable financial crime regulations.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits following the placement of bets with those deposited funds.

pkr298 reserves the right to withhold funds and report suspicious Account activity to relevant authorities where legally required or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent conduct.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr298 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets and interface designs, is the property of pkr298 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation of pkr298 content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr298 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from:

• Interruptions, delays or errors in platform availability or functionality.
• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the Player.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Events beyond pkr298's reasonable control, including technical failures of third-party payment providers.

pkr298's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pkr298 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details associated with their Account or by prominent notice on the pkr298 platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and pkr298 arising from your use of the Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting pkr298 customer support. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as pkr298 may designate in its reasonable discretion.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to online gambling in your jurisdiction. pkr298 makes no representation that the Services are lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction.
